How can I cancel my order or get my money back?

Depending on whether you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you have two options to cancel all or part of your 3x Oney credit.

• Cancel your order

Cancellation of an order will be addressed to the seller from whom you purchased your products. This concerns a trade dispute or a return of products .

This is done together with your merchant, who alone can determine the cancellation and refund conditions for the order placed with him.

Please contact your seller for more information about return and refund policies.

• The withdrawal

The revocation is addressed directly to Oney. It implies the desire to keep your order and change your payment method to finance it with your merchant.

For example, you no longer want to finance it from a 3x Oney split payment, but in one go per bank card.

To terminate your Oney contract, please contact your Oney customer service via our contact form.

Please note : you must attach your withdrawal form to your request within a statutory period of 14 days. 

You will find this withdrawal form in your acceptance email, together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Please note : if this deadline has passed or if your form is not returned to us fully completed and signed, your withdrawal request will be automatically rejected.
