How can I change my payment method?

To change your payment method, log in to your personal customer area.

You can access the login page by clicking this link. 

 

With a few clicks: 

To change your payment method for one or more of your contracts or your customer account, follow these steps: 

  • You can do this Assign directly to your current contracts as follows (recommended): 
        1. Log in to your customer area 
        2. Click on «My 3x4x Oney» 
        3. Select a contract > click on «See details» 
        4. In the "My payments" section, click on "Change payment method" 
        5. Follow the route to add map data 
        6. Select the “Remember payment method” checkbox (recommended) and confirm your choice 
        7. You will receive a message about success or failure

 

        • If passed: 
            1. You have received a confirmation email
            2. Click "yes" to use this payment method for future use (recommended)
            3. Click "Change" on all current, unpaid or planned contracts to assign the card to the relevant contracts 

Important note : This last step is essential as our system will not link to your current contracts if you do not complete them.

Therefore, your old payment method will still be used by default, causing your future payments to fail and exposing you to our collection policy. 

 

        • In case of malfunction: 
            1. Repeat and make sure you choose a payment method from the list of accepted payment methods and validate your 3DS confirmation process within 15 minutes with your banking or banking application.

  • To update your payment method on your account: 
        1. Log in to your customer area 
        2. Click on “My payment methods” 
        3. Click on "add new card" 
        4. Follow the route to add map data 
        5. Select the “Remember payment method” checkbox (recommended) and confirm your choice
        6. You will receive a message about success or failure

You can also delete saved payment methods that are no longer useful to you. To do this, click on “delete” to the right of the relevant payment method. 

 

Important note: It is not possible to delete all your payment methods. It is always necessary to keep at least one in your customer area. If it is outdated, just change it.
